It's been my luck in the past that every plumber I talk to has been gruff and dismissive, hasn't really explained what they're doing, has gone ahead and fixed whatever needed to be fixed, and then handed me the bill. Needless to say this experience was lacking for me. With this plumbing company I finally found a group of contractors that would treat me right. Everything was the polar opposite of what I'm used to, and I was so happy for it. Not only was everything explained to me, the work was even guaranteed, which was almost unprecedented in my experience. Definitely recommending these guys.
